Avoid the brutal afternoon sun and opt for an evening hike through one of Denver’s most beautiful state parks. One of the park’s volunteer nature enthusiasts will lead you on a challenging 6.7-mile trip down the South Rim, Fountain Valley, and Willow Creek trails. You’ll have to leave your furry friends at home, but even without Fido, you can still enjoy the most satisfying part of an evening hike—stargazing. Wed 6:30 p.m.
