Explore tequila’s less popular cousin, mezcal (an alcoholic beverage made from the agave plant), at this tasty event. Guest cooks Martin Campos, executive chef of Comida at the Source; Jose Avila, executive chef and co-owner of Machete Tequila & Tacos; and Sean Yontz, a three-time event veteran, will each create a meal and signature mezcal cocktail pairing for guests to sample. Indulge in seasonal chileajo and fried Oaxaca queso masa balls paired with El Burro Loco mezcal and green chile goat carnitas and smoked pepper-chanterelle tamales paired with A Current Affair mezcal.
