You’ve probably frequented the western part of the Centennial State, hiking and skiing the mountains, but Colorado’s Eastern Plains are also rich in scenery. At this three-day cycling event riders will cruise through the towns of Kersey, Keenesburg, and Brush. After biking 50 to 70 miles per day, athletes can fuel up at rest stops stocked with farm-to-plate meals made with provisions such as all-natural beef from Huwa Reserve and watermelon from Cooksey Farms. Cold beer and both indoor (typically school gymnasiums) and outdoor camping will also be provided.
