Bonus: Writer's Digest editor Chuck Sambuchino will read your query letter and give you tips for sending it to publishers in the future. Sat 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

Tiny Tots 30th Anniversary Performance

Submitted by Dan Roe on Tue, 07/26/2016 - 10:06am

Thanks to this interactive concert, kids will have an opportunity to make as much noise as they want. For 45 minutes, your little Beethoven will become part of the band while a conductor leads them in singing familiar songs to the sound of a 30-piece professional orchestra. You and your little ones can stick around after the show for a chance to meet the musicians, ask them questions, and see their instruments up close. Sat 9:30 a.m.

Longing to Belong

Submitted by Haley Gray on Wed, 05/11/2016 - 1:45pm

In a world where many curate (seemingly) perfect lives for social media, Colorado artist Matthew Harris is questioning how social status is truly gained. His demonic ceramic busts (which we think call to mind the noble outcast hunchback Quasimodo) are meant to pose the question: How do wisdom, compassion, and humility stack up against wealth, physical appearance, and charming personality? Wed-Fri noon-7 p.m.; Sat-Sun noon-5 p.m.
