If a recent Wonder Woman screening made you feel more connected to your gal pals, imagine how much more empowered you’ll feel after a three-day women’s mindfulness retreat. Focus on your physical health during early-morning hikes in Rocky Mountain National Park as well as in yoga classes taught by Boulder yoga teachers Olivia Hsu and Yuki Tsuji. Other talented ladies, including spoken word poet Priya Krishnan and Women’s Empowerment Workshop founder Susie Kincade, will present workshops on everything from writing to beginner backpacking to round out the wellness roster.
