We can’t assume the GrowHaus purposely chose to set this three-course culinary affair on 4/20, but they probably know it’s a good day to have lots of food on hand. And there will be: Four well-known Denver eateries, including Ophelia’s Electric Soapbox and the Squeaky Bean, will provide the munchies, while Jagged Mountain Brewery, Peak Beverage, Senkada Tea, and Spring 44 serve up the libations. Sneak peek: The entrée (prepared by Ophelia’s chef Daniel Asher) features a Colorado quinoa and millet bowl with roasted veggies and local tofu.
