Spend the night before Thanksgiving feeling extra cozy—and extra grateful for Denver’s booming culinary scene. Guests of this one-night event will get free range of The Way Back’s inventive, locally sourced menu featuring dishes like lamb ribs with charred grapes, whole wheat crespelle with salt-roasted beets, and pork chops with carrot-pear pavé. After chowing down, sated diners can snuggle up beside outdoor fire pits and stay warm with the help of brand-new hot cocktails, such as the Perfect Irish Coffee or Fallspice Toddy. Hand-crafted woolen blankets designed by The Way Back and Berkeley Supply Company and created by Vermont-based Johnson Woolen Mills will be at the ready to add an extra layer of warmth. Wed 4-10 p.m.
