Based on the personal essays of celebrated writer David Sedaris, this one-man show is, perhaps, the least cliché Christmas play around. Michael Bouchard returns to the stage as Crumpet, the snarky Macy’s holiday elf whose misadventures (and cynicism) make up the backbone of the hilarious monologue. Attendees can enjoy Sedaris’ sharp wit as an antidote to the usual sugary sweetness of the holiday season—no matter where they fall on the Scrooge-to-Santa spectrum of holiday cheer. Tue-Thu 7 p.m., Fri 7 p.m. & 10 p.m., Sat-Sun 2 p.m. & 7 p.m.
