The Titanic might have met its fate at the bottom of the ocean 105 years ago, but you can still experience its culinary delights at this lavish meal. Inside a Victorian mansion, executive chef Herb Kettelson will prepare an authentic 11-course recreation of the meal that was served in first class on the final evening of the ill-fated voyage. Savor roast duckling in apple sauce, salmon in mousseline (whipped Hollandaise), and Waldorf pudding for dessert alongside era-appropriate cocktails and French wines.
