Take a bike tour of Loveland that cycles you through the many historic buildings in the nearby mountain town. You’ll glimpse structures like the Milner-Schwarz House (originally built in 1873) and the Garden Railroad (a miniature model of the town as it stood in the early 20th century). Then you can head to the People’s Market festival, at which you can enjoy preservation workshops, artisanal foods and crafts, and a display of art and architectural models made by Loveland students—as well as glimpse the breeches allegedly worn by famed 19th-century trapper and scout Mariano Medina that gave the event its name.
