Over the past decade, The Truffle Cheese Shop has been a local source for handmade, small-batch cheeses, charcuterie, and specialty foods. And for the past three years, the shop has launched intimate excursions to The Ugly Goat Milk Company in the small, Eastern plains town of Elizabeth.
