Combine 3 cups rolled oats with 1 cup chopped almonds; 1 cup whole cashews; ¼ cup flax seeds; 1 cup shredded coconut; and ¼ cup brown sugar. In a separate bowl, mix together ¼ cup real maple syrup, 4 tablespoons honey, ¼ cup grapeseed oil, and ¾ teaspoon kosher salt.
Combine mixtures; stir. Pour onto a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 250° for an hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
Place granola in a large bowl. Add 1 cup raisins, ½ cup chopped dried apricots, and ½ cup dried cherries. Stir. Enjoy with milk or yogurt.
