Red Rocks 'n' Roll

With apologies to Nashville, Music City USA is right here on the Front Range. Since legendary Scottish soprano Mary Garden first took the makeshift stage at Red Rocks in 1911, Denver has hosted musical acts from all genres and established itself as a hype-free zone for musicians weary of the coastal publicity machines. These artists have always relished the chance to escape to Colorado and ply their craft for throngs of adoring fans, true music lovers who crave substance over style.
