The Draw: After a rocky start, Alto sparkles with New American cuisine and live music.
The Drawback: The waitstaff's knowledge varies, at times the music is too loud, and wines by the glass are limited.
Don't Miss: Braised buffalo short ribs, thin-crust pizza, ahi tuna tartare, Colorado rack of lamb, and lemon olive oil cake
Vegetarian Options: Warm mustard greens with quinoa, mushrooms, and champagne vinaigrette; cauliflower soup; thin-crust pizzas with goat cheese, arugula, and fig
