Top Dentists
Go ahead and smile. These 297 Denver-area dentists will keep your teeth in picture-perfect condition.
By 5280 Editorial Staff
June 2008
With more than 3,000 dentists practicing in Colorado, finding a dentist is easy. But finding one that you like and trust with your pearly-white smile can be more than daunting, especially if you need a practitioner with specific skills. From molars to incisors and cuspids, your 32 permanent teeth need constant—and often specialized—care. Even if you brush twice a day and never skip a checkup, you'll need a different type of dentist to soothe your aching gums than the one who will perform your first root canal and the general dentist that cleans your teeth every six months.

No matter what type of dentist you are looking for, the following list of Denver's top dentists, compiled with the help of topDentists, a company that gathers listings of the best dentists across the nation, makes the process of choosing easy. Think of it as a personal referral from other dentists—practitioners across the state evaluated their peers based on a number of factors, including experience, professional affiliations, and manner with patients. The nominated dentists were then reviewed by the state dental board for disciplinary actions to ensure that each is in good standing.

The result is our list of the area's top 297 dentists, sorted by specialty and location. And while many other qualified dentists are not included on this list, the next time you're under a blinding light and hear a drill starting up, you can relax—at least a little—knowing that your smile is in good hands.
