The Draw: A chic upscale restaurant, new for South Boulder, offers innovative cocktails and creative New American cuisine with global flavor.

The Drawback: Wines by the glass are limited, some consistency issues in the soups and salads.

Don't Miss: Menu changes regularly, but if available try the braised beef short ribs, diver scallops, house-cured charcuterie, roasted duck breast, rabbit confit-ricotta ravioli.

Vegetarian Options: The chef offers made-to-order dishes for vegetarians, vegans, and any other special diet.
