Outfit the whole clan in local and organic duds

At some point in the last 50 years, the clothes in our closets transitioned from natural fibers like cotton to synthetic fabrics with names we can't pronounce or spell—think polyethelyne terephthalate (more commonly known as polyester). But the Organic Trade Association estimates that 39 percent of Americans are getting back to basics and searching out chemical-free products once again—chemical-free means irritant-free, for both the skin and the planet.
