COCKTAILS
The Flippin’ Nutty Italian
(Makes 1 cocktail)
- 1 ounce nocino* (see recipe)
- 1 ounce dark rum
- ½ ounce Bénédictine liqueur
- ¼ ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce blood-orange juice
- (peel reserved for garnish)
- 1 whole egg
Pour all ingredients together in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain. Garnish with blood-orange peel.
