Mix-and-match clothing options are a must for women on the go. That’s where designer Stephanie Ohnmacht comes in. Her company, Stephanie O Designs, offers functional, sleek, and feminine wardrobe staples with trendy flourishes.

The stress of getting ready for work every morning inspired Ohnmacht to tackle women’s daily style dilemmas. The result: day-to-night pieces ideal for everyday wear, like a faux-button-front shirtdress with a side zipper that prevents gapping through the torso while you’re sitting. By using polyester and cotton stretch fabrics to ensure comfort and keeping key items in rotation each season, Ohnmacht makes getting dressed in the morning a cinch.

This spring, check out Ohnmacht’s collaboration with Jenny Vorwaller. The Seattle artist’s abstract, watercolor paintings are transformed into fabric prints to create some of our favorite pieces, like a striking matte satin party dress with a boned bodice ($300).
