In honor of October’s 25 Best Restaurants issue, 5280 hosted a dinner at Trillium recognizing the winning chefs on their fantastic accomplishments. The event was a successful, fun evening where guests got to mingle, enjoy hand-crafted cocktails, and take in the cool, urban feel of Trillium’s downtown restaurant while munching on their innovative American and Scandinavian cuisine.
