This week, shop a clothing sale, check out the Beer Olympics, play in a miniature golf tournament, and more—all for a good cause.

Putt Up Or Shut Up: Grab your favorite putter and goofy hat for a round of competitive miniature golf from Jefferson Center for Mental Health. Admission includes a barbecue dinner from Famous Dave’s BBQ. Even if you don’t win, take heart: Proceeds from the event will benefit the center's mental health and wellness services. Thu, 4:30 p.m.; Putter's Pride, Lakewood

Pop Some Tags: Looking to freshen up your workplace wardrobe? Swing by Dress For Success’ fifth annual Bring Your Own Bag sale, where they’ll be selling brand new items from retailers like Fancy Tiger Clothing, Steve Madden Shoes, and Sol Shine Boutique, at deeply discounted prices. Proceeds from the sale go to the Denver chapter of Dress For Success, a nonprofit dedicated to providing professional attire to financially disadvantaged women. Fri 6-9 p.m., Sat 10 a.m.-2 p.m.; 899 N. Broadway

"I Remember My First Beer": Relive your favorite scenes from “Beerfest” (or just your college days) and compete in the Denver Beer Olympics. Test your brew-chugging prowess in eight events, including quarters, corn hole, and the infamous Das Boot, a two-liter glass shoe of beer. First-place winners will net four tickets to this year’s Great American Beer Fest. But it’s not just about the glory: Proceeds from the event will benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the largest voluntary health agency focused on defeating blood cancer. Sat, 10 a.m.; Civic Center Park

Collaborate: Call To Arms Brewing is teaming up with Cannonball Creek Brewing Company for Peace & Assist, a collaborative celebration dedicated to helping out a brewery in need. The event will feature live music from two members of Fort Collins-based band Longest Day of the Year, donuts from Boulder’s Bronuts, and—of course—beer, including the event’s own brew, Peace & Assist No. 1. A portion of the proceeds from the sales of Peace & Assist No. 1 will benefit Clothes to Kids of Denver, an organization that gives clothes to children in need. Sat, noon; Cannonball Creek Brewing Company, Golden
