Denver’s Chalk Art Festival is the definition of street art: hand-painted (ahem, chalked) murals will fill the streets and walkways of Larimer Square June 6 and 7. You’ll find artists at work while enjoying live music from Boogie Machine, Redline Radio, and Treehouse Sanctum. All drawings will be judged with an awards ceremony happening Sunday at 5 p.m.—and, with an unusually wet spring, the only thing left to say is: “rain, rain, stay away.”
