Pork takes its rightful place in the spotlight when Prost Brewing Company, Blackbelly Catering, and Top Chef winner Hosea Rosenberg team up for this multi-course meal, which pairs pork dishes with Prost’s German-style beer. If that’s not enough hog for you, featured butcher Jason Nauert—of the Rocky Mountain Institute of Meat—will demonstrate a pig disassembly of a Blackbelly heritage pig to educate guests on the best cuts, curing meats, and making bacon at home.
