At this long-awaited dual exhibition, viewers participate in a visual cacophony of Technicolor artifacts, effigies, and paintings. The bright pops of color from the canvases of Nicaraguan multimedia artist Diego Rodriguez-Warner dialogue easily with the Technicolor sculptures of San Diego native Matthew J. Mahoney. Severed heads, severed images, horses, babies, goats, nudes, and gods make up the subject material for this exhibition, which wavers between playful and sinister. Sat 7-10 p.m.
