Given bartenders' recent obsession with sweet elderflower liqueur, you've probably been drinking a lot of St. Germain. Tonight, though, is the pinnacle of St. Germain imbibing, when the swank (and newly remodeled) Lure Lounge [2] hosts the St. Germain Colorado Cocktail Classic--a mixology competition in which all the pours feature the flowery spirit.
