The stories of two Colorado children [2] who were denied health insurance---one for being too fat, the other too skinny---have made their way around the Internet and into the U.S. Senate. Colorado's junior Democratic Senator, Michael Bennet, parlayed their tales into the "Goldilocks Rule," arguing that health-care reform should prevent such discrimination by insurance companies.
