Despite two years of Spanish in high school and four semesters of it in college, I've forgotten so much that I can barely conjugate simple verbs. I'm reminded of this every time I am a guest teacher with Spanish-speaking students and giggles burst from the back of the classroom. This year I'd like to finally get a handle on stringing simple sentences together, and Colorado Free University offers five-week classes [2] for just $114 (for non-members), which cover a range of abilities. I'm looking at the beginner course, but there are accelerated classes as well as a course called "Spanish for Travelers." Looking to learn different languages?
