[2]If you have an old bike to sell this spring, keep things easy by heading over to one of Bicycle Village’s Annual Bike Swaps [3].
Here, you can avoid the hassles of listing your old bike online, hauling it instead to a store location to have it sold on-site. For $15, the associates at Bicycle Village will give your bike a safety inspection, then put it out for display.
Bicycle Village is kind to its sellers. If you choose to sell for an in-store credit, you get 100 percent of the sale. If not, you get back 80 percent in the form of a check.
If you’re interested in selling a bike, head to the store to drop off your used cycle the Monday prior. The Bike Swap will be held at the Boulder [4] location on May 15 and the Littleton [5] and Westminster [6] locations on May 22.Links:
