There are no shortage of questions regarding what happened Monday at Boulder Stove & Flooring, a small business that was the grisly scene for the deaths of husband-and-wife store owners Sean Griffin, 40, and Staci Griffin, 41, both of Longmont; and Robert Montgomery, 50, of rural Boulder County, according to 9News [2]. Sarah Huntley, a Boulder police spokesperson, continues to tell the press that investigators are not looking for any at-large suspect, an indication that the slayings might have been a double murder-suicide, according to Boulder's Daily Camera [3]. However, police are not yet discussing motives or relationships, Huntley adds. The Denver Post [4] reports that Montgomery is listed on the store's website as the hearth-products specialist, although the site has been offline since last night. 9News [5] visited the Griffins' Longmont home, and spoke to neighbors, who say the couple had a young daughter, and reporters saw police on the scene and someone picking up the couple's dogs to take them away. 7News [6] adds more details on the couple's marriage and business history, as well as additional reactions. "We'd see them in the morning. Like I said, we'd carpool with them. They'd just go to work like we'd go to work. A very sweet, kind family," says Bev Coody, a neighbor.
