Running Off: The unofficial final results are in, and a lackluster 37 percent of total Denver voters have selected Chris Romer and Michael Hancock to face each other in the mayoral runoff. The city council incumbents and Auditor Dennis Gallagher handily held their posts; the at-large seats go to Robin Kniech and Debbie Ortega; and District 8 , District 1 , and District 5 will go into the June 7 runoff election. So will the seat for Clerk and Recorder, which perhaps provided the biggest shocker of the election (Denver Pols ).

Awards Season: Book of Mormon isn't your brother's South Park Season 8 musical (although that's decent, too). Trey Parker and Matt Stone's Broadway hit has earned 14 Tony Award nominations, just one short of the record (Camera ), and is up for 12 Drama Desk Awards, six from the Outer Critics Circle, and a Fred & Adele Astaire Award (Associated Press ).
