Suds: Strange Brewing Company's Cherry Bomb Belgian Stout

While summer demands light, refreshing beers, we still crave brews with structure and interest. Enter Strange Brewing Company [2]'s Cherry Bomb Belgian Stout, the world's first Belgian wheat stout. Brewer Tim Myers accidentally dumped the wrong malt into a batch of Belgian wheat and the distinct combo—bitter stout, soft Belgian wheat, and tart cherry—was born.

Tip: The Cherry Bomb sells out quickly, so if you're headed to Strange Brew's tap room specifically for this beer, call ahead to make sure it's available. If you love it, take a growler home.
