The tastes of locally grown apples, wheat, and other botanical flavors combine in Peak Spirits’  Cap Rock Handcrafted Gin. Featured in the February issue’s Colorado Liquor Cabinet , the farm distillery at Jack Rabbit Hill Farms features this martini-ready gin.
1 ounce Dolin dry vermouth
2 ounces CapRock Gin
2 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters No. 6
Pour vermouth, gin, and bitters into a shaker filled with ice. Stir for a few seconds, then strain with a julep strainer into a couple glass.
