Green Russell is a chef-driven cocktail bar. The drink menu is meant to be in keeping with Frank Bonanno's cooking philosophy: fresh ingredients at the peak of their flavor profile, simply prepared and beautifully rendered. We lean on the expertise of Adam Hodak to create a bar in which every item—from the grenadine to the amarone cherries, to the infused liquors and the sodas siphoned to accompany them—bears the stamp of Green Russell craftsmanship. Our chefs as well as our bartenders are empowered to create their own menu items, they work tirelessly to see that our menu reflects what is flavorful, innovative, and wonderful.
