A drink recipe made with the spirits from our Colorado Liquor Cabinet.
A bottled flavor from Palisade, Colorado, the Peach Street  Pear Brandy uses about 20 pounds of pears. Featured in the February issue’s Colorado Liquor Cabinet , this pear brandy is the perfect driver for a sidecar (recipe courtesy of Chad Michael George, general manager of Peach Street’s new Denver tasting room).
1½ ounces Peach Street Pear Brandy
¾ ounce Combier Liqueur D’Orange
¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass rimmed with raw sugar.
