At this boozy dining event, discerning tongues can taste 17 craft cocktails and 17 one-bite dishes made by the movers and (drink) shakers of Colorado’s culinary community. Fine-tuned pairings are the focus of the night, with cocktails like the “Plane to Spain” (blue corn bourbon, sherry, contratto and lemon) and small bites like Cafe Aion’s braised local goat. Food lovers get the rare chance to sample the works of the finest distillers and chefs in the Centennial State, including the folks from Mile High Spirits, Roaming Bull Brasserie, the Kitchen, and Downslope Distilling.
