Head up to Winter Park for an exquisite dinner made by seven of Colorado's top chefs in a scenic ranch setting. The meal will feature items such as sheepskyr sorbet with foie gras and mission figs from Fruition's Alex Seidel, cacciatore sausage with late fall vegetables from Old Major's Justin Brunson, and steaming ramen with braised pork belly, egg yolk, and hazelnut from Osaka Ramen's Jeff Osaka. Between bites, sip pairings from acclaimed Napa vineyard Niner Wine Estates.
