Location, location, location. For most people, the neighborhood where you buy a home is as important (if not more so) than the actual home itself. (You can renovate a house, but it’s much tougher to renovate the neighborhood.) We selected a variety of neighborhoods throughout the metro area and have posted their vital stats here.
