At the opening of this intimate exhibit, hear from Colorado-based landscape painter Sangeeta Reddy as she discusses her work and her artistic process. Born in 1955 in Hyderabad, India, Reddy splits her time between the Western states and her home country, but focuses her work on the landscapes of Colorado, Arizona, and Utah. Her vibrant geometric shapes and expressive colors give her warm, rocky scenes a sort of tectonic fluidity. The display is presented by the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art as part of its offsite BMoCA at Macky series. Thu 6-8 p.m.
