Hundreds of eggs will be hidden over 27 acres for the mining museum's inaugural hunt. Kids can collect up to 10 eggs as they wander among steam engines, an ore mill, and more than 4,000 other artifacts. They'll also enjoy cake and lemonade, story time, and Easter-themed crafts—plus making friends with the museum’s donkeys, Nugget and Chism, who are descendants of the original burros that hauled ore from the mines before the use of compressed-air trams. (Talk about an upgrade over the Easter bunny.) Sat 10-11 a.m.; 1-2 p.m.
