Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant is turning 30 this month, and it's celebrating the significant birthday in almost as many ways. On June 15, all seven locations of the eatery will feature items that were on the original menu in 1986—for the original prices. Three days later, a block party will take over Old Town Fort Collins, promising dangerous margaritas (including "the Triple," a limited-edition drink made with Jose Cuervo and aged in Odell Brewing Co. barrels) and life music from multiple bands, including five-time Grammy Award–winning blues guitarist Buddy Guy. Wed, times vary.
