In what is likely to be the last appearance of a national political figure in Colorado before Tuesday's election, Vice President Dick Cheney will appear in Colorado Springs on Monday. Cheney was in Grand Junction a week ago, and he'll be returning to the state on a red-eye flight from Hawaii, which has emerged as a surprise battleground state [3].
