On Thursday, July 20, 2017, 5280 hosted our annual 5280 Top of the Town event in celebration of our July, Top of the Town issue. The event, presented by Infiniti of Denver, was held at Dairy Block. For the first time ever, tickets were available to the general public for purchase.
Guests enjoyed bottomless bites from: Dio Mio, Annette, Mizu Izakaya, Dunbar, and Grateful Bread. Special duo-collaborations from Denver Central Market included: Izzio Artisanal Bakery with High Point Creamery; Silva’s Fish Market with The Local Butcher; Vero Italian with SK Provisions; Culture Meat & Cheese with Greenseed and Crema Bodega; as well as Temper Chocolate and Curio Bar.
The event featured beverages including Great Divide beer, 90+ Cellars wine, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Jim Beam Whiskey, Exotico Tequila, and Santa Fe Spirits gin. Occasions Catering managed the bars and served Exotico Palomas, Tito’s Handmade Vodka Grapefruit Mules, Bonfils Tequila Mint Lemonades, and Celebrity Cruises Fresco Martinis. The STK booth served boozy cotton candy varieties while Colorado Ice Sculptures provided life size ice palm trees and detailed ice wall creations for the fun Infiniti of Denver photo booth. Guests also dressed up with props at the Signal CSK mobile photo booth and experienced an interactive virtual-reality tour of Dairy Block. Beautiful floral decorations were provided by Poppy & Pine and delicious desserts were provided by Smallcakes. We partnered with Intrigue Boutique, Goose & The Goat, and Hailee Grace to sell tickets to this incredible party.
