Tahona Tequila Bistro

This contemporary Mexican eatery offers up hand-crafted margaritas (try the prickly pear variety) and more than 100 different kinds of tequila. Chow down on the chicken, pork, and beef taco samplers or the pork green chili cheese fries.

Sushi Tora

The wasabi is made fresh from Oregon wasabi root and the specialty fish is flown in daily from all over the world.

Naked Pizza (Boulder)

This take-out or delivery pizza place is convenient and healthy. The crust is always made with 10 different grains and seeds for a probiotic, chemical free, all-natural, whole-food dining experience. Try the Superbiotic, a mix of spinach, artichoke, bell pepper, mushroom, garlic, and cilantro, or the Smokehouse made with barbecue sauce, onion, and chicken.

Pica's Mexican Taqueria

Brightly colored walls and dark wood tables complement the relaxed atmosphere of this taqueria. Sit down and order the tacos al pastor: achiote marinated pork with pineapple and onion topped with cilantro and tomatillo avocado sauce. The homemade, fresh-squeezed margaritas come just one way—really tasty and really strong.

Riffs Urban Fare

A super-social dining experience with a heavy emphasis on local vendors, and your entree will never be more than $20. Try the Brussels sprouts with a brown butter sauce, roasted hazelnuts, and fried shallots or the lobster risotto.

Sushi Zanmai

Try one of their unique rolls like the Z-No. 9, with shrimp tempura, avocado, salmon, and eel sauce.

Zudaka

A fully vegetarian, partly gluten-free menu includes an array of arepas, the traditional Venezulan corn meal dough pocket sandwich. Try the pabellon made of white rice, black beans, plantains, white cheese, one arepita, and meatless ground beef.
