Whether you’re looking for a fun night out or last-minute presents, these local markets are delightful ways to spend your December.

NIGHT BAZAAR DENVER HOLIDAY MARKET

Forget partridges in pear trees—Night Bazaar Denver is giving new meaning to the Twelve Days of Christmas at this fun craft fair / party combo. Grab a drink and hit up several small businesses, such as RiNoVelo, ZERO Market, and Blue Spruce Vintage. If you get hungry, stop by their food trucks (we enjoy Fire Truck Crepes or Lomito Gourmet), and then finish the night by taking awkward Christmas photos with your friends. December 11–23, Sunday to Thursday, 4 to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday, noon to midnight; the Big Wonderful, 2450 Larimer St.; free

MADELIFE HOLIDAY BAZAAR

Boulderites don’t have to travel to the Mile High City to find stellar crafty presents. Madelife—an art gallery, music studio, theatre, and home goods store—will host a handful of pop-up shops where you can browse unique wares from Moonspun Jewelry and the Universe Conspires, or bags from Ash and Ore. While you’re there, be sure to try a snack from Quinn Popcorn and have your tarot cards read. Saturday, December 12, noon to 5 p.m.; madelife, 2000 21st St., Boulder; free

#SOURCEPOPUP HOLIDAY MARKET

Shopping ’til you drop is easy with a RiNo Yacht Club cocktail in hand, and this pop-up offers you two full days of boozy browsing. Local vendors, including Hygge Life, Fancy Tiger Clothing, and Sweet Jayne’s Pies, will come together under one hip brick roof, making it easy to find Colorado-made goodies for all your trendy friends. Saturday and Sunday, December 12–13, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; The Source, 3350 Brighton Blvd.; free

YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS MARKETPLACE

Tired of sending photo collage cards? These business-savvy youngsters can fix you up with festive handmade greeting cards to make you the envy of your holiday mailing list, plus unique gifts such as hand-carved cutting boards and beaded jewelry. With so many options and the chance to support local entrepreneurs, this craft fair is a win-win. Saturday, December 12, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Belmar Facility, 401 S. Pierce St., Lakewood; free

SHARE DENVER FAIRFAX HOLIDAY MARKET

If you tend to be a last-minute shopper, add this market to your calendar now. Get your caffeine fix from Doppios Organic Coffee Truck, then check out 20 vendors, including the Backyard Soda Co., Sparkle & Stone jewelry, and Helliemae’s Handcrafted Caramels. Plus, check out the Share Denver workshop space—maybe next year you can make your holiday gifts at one of their crafty classes. CHRISTKINDL MARKET

Experience the magic of a German market without leaving the Mile High City. With a hot mug of mulled wine in hand, you’ll be toasty enough to make it through a full day of shopping. Enjoy a polka serenade, then browse for old-world-inspired gifts such Polish pottery and wooden ornaments to wish everyone you know a “Fröhliche Weihnachten!” Now until December 23; Sunday to Thursday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Skyline Park, 16th and Arapahoe streets; free
