Roaming Buffalo Bar-B-Que

Innovative meats like bison short ribs and lamb shank are available by the pound or the plate, and scratch-made sides like white cheddar and green chile potato chips round out the menu. Make sure to get there early or call ahead, as Roaming Buffalo closes their doors when they sell out of 'cue.
