Top of the Town 2011

After eating at a dozen different Indian restaurants in the greater Denver-Boulder area, we’ve decided there’s a problem with consistency at our local Indian eateries. Each time we dined, we found unsatisfactory fluctuations in the experience and the food. But not at India’s Pearl. The atmosphere is always pleasant, even if the noise from the upstairs bar sometimes floats downstairs. Without fail, the cuisine is flavorful and well spiced (try the veggie samosas, the navratan korma, and the lamb biryani), the temperature correct, and the service reliably accommodating.
