Nothing quashes a rainy funk like a nice glass of vino. And while we do appreciate that the grape juice at this winery/tasting room is imported from more than a dozen countries—$15 gets you the all-you-can-taste treatment—what we really dig is the make-your-own option where the low-key but knowledgeable staff will help you whip up your own personal batch (28 bottles for $250 to $500). Choose whatever your palate fancies and let the pros show you how to start fermenting. You’ll have to wait about 45 days to come back and bottle your vintage—be creative with your customized label—and bam! You’re a winemaker. Next stop: Napa Valley.
