Un-Beef Burger
It’s called the brat burger, but don’t expect this sandwich to look like any Bratwurst you’ve ever had. Instead, house-made pork sausage is shaped into a patty, grilled like a hamburger, and stacked on a chewy bretzel (bread and pretzel—get it?). The kitchen doctors it up with pickled cabbage, “10,000 Island” dressing, and sharp Jarlsberg cheese.
