Wazee Wood Fire Pizza
These days, charred-crusted, Neopolitan-style pizzas get all the love. But this year, we eschewed convention in favor of the wonderfully greasy, foldable, totally nontraditional slices of New York–style pizza from Wazee Woodfire Pizza. We are helplessly addicted to the Western New Yorker, a hot sauce–slathered pie topped with grilled chicken and blue cheese. Sacrilege? Perhaps. Fantastic?
