OK, OK, it’s a pizza place—but we’ve happily made the drive to Boulder again and again for the mini pork meatballs. Don’t expect an overly filling, red-sauced dish; instead, these polpettine are the size of golf balls, topped with walnut pesto and shaved Parmesan, and work just right as an appetizer. (Hint: Order two servings to avoid sharing.)
